>You need to talk to your p-doc about your meds. People usually build up a tolerance to provigil also and have to escalate their doses.It sounds like you got more out of trivastal than the provigil. I would sooner take provigil out of the mix than the trivastal. If your concerned about adrenal burnout take a couple days off the trivastal a week or one week a month. After all people often have insomnia on maois but don't give them up if their getting a good response.
Using dopamine agonists as an augment to ssris is a strategy that is used by p-docs. I wouldn't give up this med before talking to your p-doc as your getting such a good response.
