Anhedonia has left for good almost to the point of annoyance as Trivastal keeps me awake late at night reading, watching TV, surfing the net. Often I am smiling to myself as pleasure is found in silliest matters too.

But still I hang on because not having any libido at all was the problem for many years. I think the restoration of normal libido after many years of absence would have affected me in a wrong way to get more excited on it.

The biggest issue with ssris is the eventual lowering of dopamine which is the pleasure chemical of the brain. Seems like an ssri plus a dopamine agonist such as this might give a more complete antidepressant effect similar to an maoi without all the restrictions.Even Nardil which is predominantly serotogenic still slightly increases dopamine rather having it lowered such as with an ssri.
