I've just had a bad month on it, or a time of lessened efficacy.
Maybe I just need less of it.
Maybe it's turned nasty on me and the effect is changing.
I'm not sure.
In any case I have halved the doseage without difficulty and now am taking 1/2 a tab three times a day.
