Hi Dragon Black

Thanks for that. I have been feeling somewhat better as of yesterday evening (day 6)when I suddenly popped out of the bad depression and was a bit hypomanic. I didn't sleep much that night though nor last night. It could be sleep deprivation that has kept me feeling OK today but I suspect not as I haven't felt very sleepy. Hopefully it will fulfill the promise of its brand name 'Stablon' and I will stabilize. I am wondering now if it has been studied in relation to bipolar at all.

> I posted a follow-up in my tianeptine thread. I started rapid-cycling on day 3 and by day 9 I was no longer depressed. From everything I've read, both anecdotes and studies, people usually START to get effects between days 7 and 14 and a lot of people claim that you don't get the full effect for 4-6 weeks.
