Try GABA and/or L-Glutamine. These two are the only non-scripts that I KNOW can make a difference. Problem is I feel better, don't take them, and then forget they are available. Another thing is Serax, but that is risky because of addiction, I hear. Also when I was taking wellbutrin 2x a day it was better for me in the afternoons, but always hard to remember to take the meds, so I have tried 1x a day meds instead.

I know what you mean, though - the daily peaks and valleys.
