I take mine in the evening and I notice usually soon after taking it I am more social and it's easier to talk to people while much throughout the day I dont want to talk to anyone and I have very little to say.
SO it is typical for people who take it during the day to have better results when it comes to social anxiety? I assume so but I want to hear some opinions.
I tried to change it up a long time ago and take it during 5pm instead of past 10pm and I think I felt pretty rotten prior to 5pm and even after. Hard to remember though. I tried it for 1-2 weeks and eventually went back to taking it at night.Perhaps if i change the time of the dose (10mg) it would take 1 month or longer for it to be stable?
How long does it take for the stability in mood? I dont want to feel depressed during the switch since I am sure my body is USED to taking it after 10pm.
is it hard to switch times? How gradual should I make it?Also what in heck do you people do about dry mouth? When i was meeting a girl before the dry mouth was intense and so was social anxiety. I took some emergency modafinil that day to get through it and things went well enough for her to want to see me again. but the anxiety was still strong.. even with all the xanax i took throughout the day but after 10pm... It was better due to the paxil.
I'm very sensitive to meds so 10mg of paxil has worked best for me in my exp.
