I took it for about a year and a half, and it was OK. It wasn't entirely effective for me, and I was taking a number of other drugs at the same time, so I'm not exactly a poster child for its performance. It did help an awful lot, though, even if it didn't do the whole job for me. (And I'm hard to medicate, so I'm probably not the best one to extrapolate from.) I believe I took 60mg for most of that time.
What I will say is that it was VERY friendly for me. Very few and very mild side effects. It was probably the most tolerable serotinergic antidepressant I've ever taken. I don't believe there were any sexual side effects whatsoever, and I seem to recall I had an interest in sex.
Good luck with it.
