Seroquel works great for insomnia. I take 300 mg before bed. That dosage is for Bipolar tending towards depression. Problem is I'm getting daytime anxiety so my PDOC suggested I take 100 mg in the morning and then the 200 mg at night. I just started that two days ago and I did notice an improvement in the anxiety during the day. The strange thing is, when I first started Seroquel at 25 mg before bed I was knocked out right away. Now I must have developed a tolerance to it because it takes 200 - 300 mg for me to get the same sleepy effect. I have read on Crazy Meds that higher dosages can be contradictory. Shrug. Maybe Seroquel at a low dosage, 25 mg, would work for you?
