I bought one of the Alpha-Stim gadgets. It didn't do much in the way of mood, better or worse for me, but it does help with anxiety. I usually stops my racing mind and calms me down. It just doesn't last very long after you stop using it. Since I don't do well with benzo's, it is a nice alternative for me.
