thanks for the encouragment UgottaHaveHope. I just don't think I can be on parnate one minute longer i'm affraid :(
actually, I was kind of dreading someone would encourage me to stick with it. it's so hard to make any kind of decision when your as depressed as I am, it's crippled me for the last 11 years.
but I just took 10mg's yesterday morning, that was my last dose methinks. I slept so much more soundly last night. okay, today I'm so low summers coming back, everyone is outside enjoying their easter break in the sunshine, I was hoping I could join them this year for a nice change, but it looks as though I'll be stuck indoors, again.
declan, I would say a major symtom of my depression is feeling lethargic and tired, that was definitely exaggerated by parnate. I just didn't see that going away, even slightly over the 4 weeks I took this med. Provigil did help some days, but not others. it's like usually where there's an up, there's a down. but this was just down down down, usually about an hour after taking a dose. 10mg's was kind of tolerable, 20mg's just sent me spinning, literally, I was dizzy about 4-5 times each day.
that in itself was okay, but the tiredness and lethargy is what really making me think twice about parnate.
anyway, I'd really like to hear if anyone else thinks i should stay on. UgottaHaveHope's post has got me thinking. I have gone a month, it'd be a real shame if this was on the verge of actually doing something positive and I threw in the towel.
thanks for your input guy's.
