Mirtazapine (Remeron) and Mianserin are also somewhat noradrenergic. I experienced them as fairly similar. Remeron may give more "punch" pr mg but is far more expensive. I needed huge doses before they kicked in (60+ mg Remeron plus some Mianserin, as far as I remember) and they only worked once. The good thing is that they are both pro-sexual.
