I used to think SSRIs were fairly deent, but am slowly coming to see that they are very inhibiting in regards to several aspects of life: (1) they kill one's sleep cycles, (2) they are numbing, (3) and I to have noticed they cause me to go through my days without recollecting the important things I experience (even though at the times of experiencing them I don't feel like I"m totally numb).

If one doesn't have to take an SSRI (possible OCD issues or whatnot), I'd never suggest they ever touch 'em....
