Considering 800mg is an upper (not in all clinical practices even, can be beyond 1000) limit of Seroquel, 25 mg barely touches transmitters other than H1. So yes, you will probably lightly experience munchies mostly at night and into the morning from the antihistamine properties which could cause weight gain and that requires restraint which I have been trying to do with my (considerably) larger than 25mg dose.

Would it affect lipid profile change at 25 mg, it seems unlikely, but nobody can say, just as I can't say that at 25mg it would do nothing for mania but seems relatively low down on the transmitter range for that use. Maybe just a very minor notch. But obviously your doctor does think it might help that as well.
