Yes, I guess I would first look at increasing the Parnate dose.

And if you want to try to Emsam, now is a good time for you to do that. According to my pdoc, you can switch from Parnate or Nardil with no washout period, therefore take it tomorrow. And if it does not work out after a fair trial of 8-12 weeks, go back to Parnate with no washout.
