I can not recommend magnesium (you know the mineral supplement) enough for PMS. Simply, it really really really helps. I went for a year taking 'magnesium OK' (I don't know if they sell it in the country you live in)

Anyway, I took it for a year, and my periods were no trouble whatsoever, and I get really bad PMS. Not even a single little cramp. Seriously, really, (if you're not already doing so) supplement with magnesium. It really helps! And has got to be better than adding another AD/benzo thing.
I'm not taking anything at the mo, but I'm waiting for some supplements in the post! :)
