I just wanted to mention that this is my 3rd day of being on 150 mg XR, bypassing the 75 mg/daily that I was supposed to begin with....and had such a HORRIBLE time with the first time around. I have to say that I am doing sooooooooo much better on this dose. I don't even have any side effects. I'll stay on this dose for a few days more, and then move on to the 225 mg. I want to move as far away from the serotonin impact as I can get. I still have great hopes that Effexor XR will work as well as the Remeron did. WooHoo!! I just need to find the stable dose for me, and I'm on my way!
