Yeah .. Meri-Tullie.
I've got Provigil samples given to me by P. When began it, needed more than 200aday, but once it had gotten 'into my system', 100mg was about all I needed for a day (maybe depending upon length of day or what transpires that day). So, like said, I've got some here, and should call P re: 100mg a day. Very good idea!
I have to say, LEXAPRO, would be on my 'thumbs up' list, and that list is very very small.
I feel less 'constant underlying anxiety'.
Butt, still have panic re: errands or making decisions, driving in unfamiliar areas, and agoraphobia. (These, along w/ memory probs', all increased after BREAKDOWN in '05.)
I need a companion w/ me if going to delve into a large shopping experience.
I've an extensive list which requires 'Super Wal-*art' or 'Super Ta*get' attn, and spending a lot of time in a store alone is nearly impossible. I have wandered about for 2hrs only to succumb to so much panic that I leave my cart and make a dead run for my car. So, 'this panic' remains
After being on Valium10mg 3x a day since BREAKDOWN, maybe talk to P about Xanax prn 'switcheroo'. I wonder if my body can go w/o a slow-acting, long half-life, benzo?!
Afa 'depression' (What I've always felt was truly grief.), it's lessened.
I took 10mg Lexapro at h.s. last night.
It doesn't make me sleep all night. W/ it alone, I begin to feel drowsy and nod off for about 2hrs.
It's nearly 2wks I've been on it now.
I do have a scrip for Soma re: back injury, so depending on the day to follow, I can take 50 to 150 mg at h.s.
I awaken w/ more stiffness in my back and some stomachache.
Afa my c-spine injury, theories ... sleeping w/o guarding -or- maybe some CNS thing going on.
Stomachache; well, 'it's welcome'! I've suffered w/ chronic constipation too long! The stomachache leads 2 unowhat.
Think I'll give this 3weeks, prob' longest ever I've stayed w/ any AD that had any uncomfortable -or- annoying side effects.
