My vote would be Nardil, Parnate and either Klonopin, Ativan or Xanax. Parnate totally relieves my GAD, even though it is very activating..hard to explain, but it works.

Jst a thought, maybe the EMSAM is aggravating your GAD, adding Trazodone could help. Also maybe your Klonopin dose is too low?
