EMSAM plus Lamictal -- seems to be pooping out

I have been on 12mg Emsam and 300mg Lamictal for probably around 6-8 months (this is usually when my meds lose their effectiveness). I haven't checked the board for awhile so I apologize if I'm raising a topic that's already had significant discussion, but I'm wondering if anyone else has used this combo and if they added or changed anything that worked.
