I sure feel for you. I'm so sorry for what you are experiencing.
The other posters have some good ideas. I think benzo+antidepressant worked for you before? But it had to be paxil, right? So are you taking paxil now?
Here's a thought. Klonopin is famous for inducing depression or worsening depression, sometimes in the short term and sometimes with longterm use. It can sneak up on you slowly over time. It doesn't always happen, but it happens a lot. Maybe switch to another benzo? Especially one with some antidepressant potential to it, which would be xanax. But diazepam or valium are possibilities too. Paxil+xanax+keep the seroquel for now.
It isn't used often, but in the mood stabilizer category there is neurontin which usually has antianxiety to it and sometimes antidepressant.
It is expensive but you could try switching from seroquel to 2.5mg zyprexa in the evening or take it twice a day for a total of 5mg.
Too many ideas though, I know. Maybe keep it simple for now and target the panic depression stuff? That would mean paxil + benzo (but not klonopin), and then go from there.
I hope this helps in some way.
