social anxiety: what helped to know what to say

the biggest problem with my social anxiety is, that i dont know what to say to ppl!
so offcourse they will think i am boring but in fact i am like them
i'm allways stading there saying nothing

what treatment has worked for other fellas so they allways find the right words
