My anxiety is much worse in the evenings....

Posted by Meri-Tuuli on December 17, 2006, at 13:05:56

What does this mean? In the mornings, I am almost normal, but by evening I can be a nervous wreck. Luckily, evening time is when its most socially accepted to have a drink, generally relax etc so I'm able to hide it well, but still. Why is this? Perhaps cortisol might be an idea??

Kind regards

Meri
