I don't have an answer for you -- Paxil did the same thing to me, though, in terms of brain fog...

Out of the meds you listed, I'd suggest Provigil first. It's a fairly benign little drug, in my experience, it certainly boosted my mood for a long time -- even when it was the only thing I was taking -- and the only side effect I got from it was short lived. (I got headaches, but they weren't bad headaches -- just kinda like my skull was a bit tight. They weren't even enough to warrant taking an aspirin. And they went away quickly.) It's also likely to work right away, so you'd know in about a week if it was going to be a winner for you.

The others I don't know anything much about, so I can't comment.

Here's a question, though: Paxil is helping you, but causing this problem. Have you tried other SSRIs? Maybe one of them would help, but not cause this? (And, of course, I know it's likely you HAVE tried other SSRIs. Just thought I'd suggest what seemed obvious, just in case...)
