No, actually most people who take Seroquel as a neuroleptic take it once at night because it has HUGE effects at H1, and for those who have schizophreniform or bipolar (which I dont) disorders, the profile is almost usually, but not always sufficient for once daily. Trust me, 800mg at night and I'm out.The Lithium may be creating a hyper-insomnia situation, I wouldn't be surprised. You might need a larger dose if you're considering Seroquel as a sleep agent, although at that point it is exhibiting a serotonergic profile.
Have you tried Ambien at 20mg or Lunesta at 3-4mg ?
