Whats ERP? And can you give an example of pure OCD or whatever it is you called it....I've discovered I have some form of minor OCD - I rinse all my crockery before I use it, even through it was prefectly clean beforehand - and it was me who washed it really really well to begin with! I know its slightly crazy....
Is OCD related to GAD in anyway? I usually have a fear that something really bad is about to happen, so I tend to try and control this by, eg rinsing my crockery again or washing my hands or throwing food away I think is 'contaminated' -even through probably its prefectly safe.
Sigh.
