Hi,
Some options-see if your local hospital offers outpatient mental health care-it may be available free or at a very low cost, but there is usually a waiting list. Or see a social worker instead of a full fledged doc-I think sessions with a social worker cost about $75 per hour around here, and they take self-pays usually-its money.
