Keep trying Jellibean...it took me years to find the right recipe for my anxiety...my anxiety too caused depression. Behavior modification is definitely key, you must be positive within your inner dialogue and must train yourself to be so. In combination with medications I have programmed myself to be positive and am finally happy. This is success to me... I have experimented with Wellbutrin, Zoloft, Buspar, Neurontin...I am currently on 225mg of Effexor which focuses on seretonine and norepinephrine levels. But, our bodies and chemical concentration levels within them vary and there is really no economical way to figure out many of those concentrations in the body... so until there are more feasible options, one must experiment until they find the right combinations of treatment/therapy. Don't give up! You can do it!
