You ought to get your platelets checked, IMO. Low platelets (depending on how low) can be a serious problem, if you happen to have an injury that causes bleeding.
I had low platelets on parnate, possibly dosage-related, after about 2 years. More than that, probably-- having ignored various bruises-- by the time I got it tested, it had been a while, and my platelet count was quite depressed.
Platelets regenerate quickly-- a few weeks--so if it;s celexa, after you stop, the time frame to recovery is short.
It's a very simple blood test-- of course, going off the drug is the hard part--
but to be on the sake side, you should check it out.
