And my pdoc has agreed to Provigil for me. It takes away the late afternoon naps I used to crave all the time. And I've had no ill effects from combining the two (along with Lamictal for any residual depression) except if I get too much caffeine.

>Same combo I have except for I take Emsam instead of nardil. I have taken for provigil for a long time and also have no ill effects from using it with an MAOI. I think because it is not supposed to have the peripheral sympathomemetic effects. Like on the heart, blood pressure, ect. Just stays in the brain supposedly. I find the provigil to be a good antidepressant augmenter, I can definately tell the difference without it. I can still take my naps if I want to but I have a choice about it. Also, the lamictal is being helfpful. I also take klonopin, all together a combo that is working pretty well for me. Way better than the million other combos I have tried.
