I thought I sent a post here, I guess it didn't make it. Maybe it will show up later and there will be two posts from me. oh boy.
I put it on at night. After my shower. I didn't think it would matter as it is supposed to deliver a steady state of selegiline over a 24 hour period but sounds like it does affect those with insomnia. Maybe it is a side effect that passes with time. when I first started I had a really high pulse even though my bp came back to normal. Now my pulse is back to normal too.
