Alprazolam + mania = not good

Posted by seriously on April 6, 2006, at 11:56:12

I have read alot on the benzodiazepines, lorazepam and clonazepam are mostly used besides dopamine blocking agents.

I take Xanax when i have a somekind of sub-hypomanic it makes it worse, it doenst increase, but it makes its more blurry.

High doses may work but withdrawl is terrible after it.

After alprazolam wears off it seems to trigger mania, i am off the wall with a sting in my body.

Do i need to talk to my doctor about this?
