Be careful of xanax, it does have anti depressant properties and it's excellent for panic attacks but it's so addictive and quite hard to come off, have you considered valium for panic, it doesn't give you the euphoric high like xanax and you don't have to keep taking it all day, just a suggestion. By the way temazepam doesn't do jack for me except sit up and chew peoples ears off till they bleed, it just makes me really chatty and not sleepy at all. Paul
