I recommend nadolol:
-According to studies nadolol is very effective to block isoprenaline and epinephrine (adrenaline) compared to other betablockers.
-substance is hydrophil it does not go in the brain thus no tiredness, concetration problems
-structure is very similar to propranolol but it has only two changed hydrophil groups.
-nadolol is not cardiodepressant, you have much less problems doing sport, jogging
-it works for 24 hours
-propranolol is only recommendable for once dusage eg. exams. but nevertheless i suppose effecacy is the same compared nadolol to propranolol
-oxprenolol is a good betablocker also
-pindolol is effective also but has much sideeffects.~sdb
