Only as much as you need, and no more. Don't be forced to increase the dose if higher doses are unhelpeful or unnecessary. You should take the minimum dose which produces an adequate benefit without undesirable side effects. If 2.5mg is sufficient, why take more?
I'd recommend trying 1.25mg, 2.5mg and 5mg to compare...... if you haven't already.
