Please, for the love of god, stop mixing your medicines unless you were prescribed them. Its self-destructive behaviour and we want to see you well.
Ultram has no place in a psychiatric schedule unless you otherwise have back pains.
I know you're hurting right now terribly, and you need to speak with a doctor if you aren't already with a psychiatrist.
Only they will know how to mix your medications properly. Even temazepam should not be taken in the daytime... yes, I know, it feels good, and I've been awake with it before I sleep, but it was n't intended for that.
