thank you for the reply. Unfortunatley, I had to go out of town and went back on 7.5-mg and finally got some sleep. But, my head felt soo heavy and I felt more depressed for about 2.5 weeks. I felt worse going back on!
I have something important going on so I need to wait until spring to go off again. I did switch from cutting the sol-tabs in half to cutting the generic and had withdrawal from that for about a week.
I just need to make low dose tapers and gut it out.
