Hi, I've been on the first 2 - this thread looks like we're playing a card game (go fish!).
I take both Lamictal (150mg) and Topamax (25mg for migraine) two hours before bedtime. Last night I tried to go without taking Ambien and had a rotten sleep. Very very tired, very very wired... which is how these meds make me feel. If I take Ambien to sleep I at least get past the wired part. The Lamictal has helped smooth out my hypomania, which is a Good Thing. The Topamax has all but eliminated the headaches.
For my depression I'm on 60mg of Cymbalta. It barely does the job but I can't tolerate a higher dose without my blood pressure going high. It's good enough, I guess.Best of luck to you.
