I just find this web site. I need some help. I had my first anxiety attack just after thanksgiving. It felt like a heart attack, ran all the test found that my heart is fine. went to my family doctor he put me on Buspar 7.5 mg twice a day. After 8 days i couldn't take it anymore didn't like the SE of Buspar. He now recommend effexor starting with 37.5 mg week one then to 75 mg the second week. I have read alot of feedback on this medicine. It did not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling about taking this medicine. Can anyone give some feedback on it.
