Sometimes you will take a med (let's say Benadryl) and it will make you sleep like a dream. Then two months later, you will take the same med and it will have the opposite effect. I think the X factor is to see if you are accompanying it with different meds.
Say for example, if you take a Benadryl and nothing it may make you sleepy, but it you take a Benadryl and medicine X, the mixture may have the reverse effect. Hope you get some sleep!
