Switching from Luvox to Anafranil

Hi. I've been on Luvox for about 8 years. I only take 50mgs a day at night. I also take .5mgs of Xanax at night.

My OCD/panic has been out of control so my doctor has switched me to Anafranil starting with 25mgs at night.

Last night was the first night taking it. I stopped Luvox on Saturday and took Anafranil Sunday.

I am feeling a bit out of wack today. I slept very well but my heart is beating kinda fast, I have a slight headache, and feel feverish although I don't have a fever.

I was wondering if it is withdrawal from Luvox, side effects from Anafranil, or both. In fact, any input about Anafranil would be appreciated.
