I'm curious about that too.
I think I did see some posts from people saying that they had long term benefits.
So far I've been taking it for about four months and have been very gradually raising the dose for all of that time. I also just found out that because I'm pregnant I am metabolising it much faster than normal so I still have a way to go before I reach even the equivalent of 200 mgs.
My experience has been a gradual improvement over that time. It does seem to keep pooping out but then, I was rapid cycling before I went on it and I think the cycles started to change to respond to the dose increases. I have been getting longer and longer periods of being 'normal' relative to depressed or mixed manic symptoms. I am really really hoping that some of the 'normal' times I am getting where I have good energy and a positive outlook will become standard.
Are you taking it for bipolar or unipolar depression?
