No matter what you decide to do, it's going to be hard because there will be withdrawal syndromes that will make it difficult to tell what's going on. It will be even more complicated it you change more than one med at a time. There is a lot of interplay between prozac and nortiptyline...change prozac for example and it will change the nortriptyline at the same time.
Not sure about the seroquel zyprexa combination. It might be an idea to go with one or the other but not both.
Believe it or not, you might actually do better by not changing any meds, but instead, lower the doses. Really. Contrary to popular belief amongst doctors, more is not always better, and is often worse. There are a few docs out there who, when their patient comes in saying they are feeling better, say "Great, let's lower the dose".
