J/KWell, I just got more anxious and agitated once I started back on the regular B6 supplements, and cycling & mixed states started to creep in again. I started to take things harder and stuff, and I felt more irrationally angry.
I'm afraid the B6 interacted with my Topamax. I was on 250mg of topamax at the time. I was having no problems before w/ agitation, anger, and anxiety. I started to raise the Topamax during this incident and I'm now at 300mg.
Upon stopping B6, the anxiety/agitation seems to have started ceasing.
So, yes, B6 can interact with anticonvulsant mood stabilizers and undo the effects of them.
I was taking P5P before and had no/minimal problems as far as I could tell. Try P5P form and see what happens.
