Any experience with Lamectil Well?

Anyone use this combo - Wellbutrin with Lamectil? I really think I need a mood stabilizer. After stopping Effexor, I've had a total melt down!
The only thing that has kept me together the past few days is Klonopin - thank goodness. I've been a crazy, screaming, crying mess.
