That's what my doctor is thinking as well.
Meanwhile, after 36 hours of my first dose of dexamethasone, I am not having a very good day. I have been more vegetative and am experiencing more dysphoria than I would expect on an average day. Psychomotor retardation, loss of interest, and amotivation are somewhat worse as well.
It could just be a bad day that would have happened anyway. Who knows. Regardless of what my reaction is to dexamethasone, if it is robustly negative or positive and brief, I will be quite motivated to get mifepristone and attack the HPA axis using a cortisol receptor antagonist.
