That's it, no more Risperdal for me

I'm afraid of it. My mouth twitched once today and I'm afraid of getting EPS. I've only been taking 0.5mg for about 2 weeks. I don't really think I need it. I don't think my "crazy thoughts" are really truly crazy thoughts. It's probably just my personality.
It's safe to just stop right?
