For me it has been 150mg for over a year now. I tried 225mg and didn't notice much of a difference. I find Effexor quite energizing at this dosage; it has taken care of my depression almost completely although I still have some normal ups and downs when my life stressors change. My anxiety was relieved about 80% at this dosage and so I added Klonopin to help with this.
