Verbal Reaction Delays/Effexor

While on Effexor I notice when I want to say something It takes a while just to say it, as if my jaw and eyes take a bit longer to react. Before Effexor I was much more verbal. I been on for 4 years so its not new, but I notice that my vision is different, my eyes seem kinda set back in my head if that makes sense and it is kinda weird.
