hey! I never had any major problems when I took 60mgs of cymbalta daily, which is the standard dose. It wasn't the greatest antidepressant ever, but it was pretty good in terms of side effects. But...when my doc decided to up it to 90mgs a day to help with add and provide more "activation," it started to suck hardcore. I felt kind of wired (like lots of coffee, minus the extra energy) and overall uncomfortable. Worst part was that when I dropped back down to 60mgs, it stopped working. So...I guess I'd say when taken as recommended by Eli Lilly (60mgs, less if you've got liver/kidney problems or are elderly) it works OK with no really bad side effects. But, once you step outside the recommended dosage, it seems that side effects can pop up without any additional antidepressant effect.
