Interesting info about BP2 Treatment

I was reading about diff. treatments and meds for bp2. This one article says that Lithium, lamictal and an AD work well. Or just lithium and AD.
Does anyone else take this combo.
Also, Its been years since i have taken lithium.
What are some side effects????
Are weight gain and sedation part of it??
